By creating a NestDesk account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use NestDesk.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use NestDesk.
Your content
Shift logs, client records, morning reports, and other content you create belong to you. We store them on your behalf and will never sell them. You grant us a narrow license to operate the service — nothing more.
Acceptable use
Don't use NestDesk to harass, impersonate, or harm others. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or circumvent billing. Don't submit infant data without informed family consent.
AI-generated content
Morning reports are drafted by AI and reviewed by you before sending. You're responsible for reviewing every report for accuracy before a family receives it. Every AI-drafted email includes a visible disclaimer in the footer.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually. Cancel at any time from your billing settings. Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of your subscription.
Disclaimers
NestDesk is a business tool, not a medical device. Nothing in NestDesk constitutes medical advice. If a baby in your care shows signs of illness, contact a pediatrician.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll email you about material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
