Why we built this
The idea started the morning we watched an NCS write a ten-hour shift summary on a phone keyboard at 7am. She had been up all night with a newborn. She was typing with one thumb. The message she was about to send was the single most important thing the family would read that day.
There was no tool that understood the shape of the work. Not Notion. Not a spreadsheet. Not HoneyBook. Not the baby-tracking apps built for parents. The job didn't fit any of them, so specialists had stitched together a patchwork of paper, iMessage, and memory.
